Contest Details:

These are the official Rules and Regulations for Barrie Subaru’s Charity Track Day Contest taking place on
June 1st, 2019 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, 3233 Concession Road 10 Bowmanville ON L1C 3K6. By
entering the complimentary contest, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these
Rules and the decisions of the dealership, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the
complimentary contest. The contest is open to citizens of Canada only excluding Quebec
(“Entrants”). All Entrants must be individuals legally residing in Canada and who are the age of majority
in their Province of residence at the time of entry into the Contest. Employees, agents, or
representatives of Weins Canada and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to win, nor are the
parents, siblings, and children of any such employee, agent, or representative, or any person with whom
such employee, agent, or representative is domiciled. A Contest Entrant that does not meet the
requirements for eligibility will be automatically disqualified from the Contest. The odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest period. Prize must be accepted as
awarded. By accepting the Prize, the potential winner accepts that he/she has read and understood
these official rules and regulations (“Rules”), grants all consents required, authorizes Weins Canada to
broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, nickname and
voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and
information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of
the Prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not convertible to cash. Weins Canada is not
responsible for misdirected or delayed entries. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
Contest submission provides a chance to win entry for one individual to attend and take part at Barrie
Subaru’s Charity Track Day. Must be 19+ to take place at the event and hold a valid drivers licence with
a minimum G2 classification. Barrie Subaru will not be providing vehicles to be driven on the track and
winners must use their own vehicle. Winners of this contest will be randomly chosen and winners will be
notified by May 27th, 2019 by email or phone call. Must be a Canadian resident to be eligible for this
contest.

The Winner releases Weins Canada and such other parties as named by the Sponsors from any and all
liability of any kind arising out of the potential Winner’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use
of the Prize. In the event that a potential Winner does not comply with all of the provisions as
contemplated in these Rules, Weins Canada has the right to disqualify a potential Winner and draw an
alternate potential Winner, and Weins Canada and such other parties shall be fully and completely
released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures
referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential Winner, if applicable, shall be
applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified Winner has been duly selected, but in any
event, no later than the contest end date.

This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this
Contest, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information
(information that identifies an Entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, and home
address) for the purpose of implementing, administering, and fulfilling this Contest. Weins Canada will
not sell or transmit this information to third parties or use this information in any manner except for the
